A smile rippled across his face, showing his shining white teeth. A plot had obviously formed within his head.

Rabella stood up in a smooth motion, looking around and lowering her hood, letting her golden blonde hair fall down past her shoulders. She allowed a dark, eerie smile to rest upon her lips as the humans passed overhead, adn her mouth watered at the thought of a meal. "I think I may stay for a snack, and then head out to resolve the issue. Is that an agreeable decision?" She asked him in a polite tone, tilting her head at his sudden smile. "And might I ask what your idea is? It's rather obvious that you have one, I can easily tell when you smile like that." She added, looking towards the door for a moment and licking her lips.

"Well, first we must dine. I am as thirsty as you. Then, I do believe we will go meet our American friends. We will of course bring most of the Guard," Matteo commented. Thirst bit at him and he stood, watching the shadows play on the ground. The dark had always amused him, ever since his childhood.

Rabella nodded in mutual agreement, shifting in the blink of an eye so she stood slightly behind the older vampire and letting her smile stretch wider as her cloak swirled around her, then hung still once more. After all, she wouldn't let him get the worst. She didn't mind if she got the skinny, strange tasting ones. Let Matteo have the pick of the best human. "Shall I influence them this time, or shall we play a little game and close the doors. Let them scramble around this room in an attempt to flee, with terror running rich through their veins?" She asked in a smooth, bloodthirsty voice, curling her hands into fists, then uncurling them in anticipation.

A soft chuckle reached the ancient man's lips. He stalked out of the room, and climbed the staircase, a broad smile on his face. With his head down he walked into the room the human's were in. "Welcome to Volterra. I hope you like it here," He said with a threatening tone. [color=#800000]"I'm in the mood for a private tour. My dear friend here will take you down. Hurry now, this is a special occasion," He finished with a nod to them.

Rabella followed after her fellow vampire, pulling her cowl over her head just before they reached the humans. She allowed a small flash of her teeth through a smile, then hissed to Matteo. "I shall lead them back to the throne room. No breaks, no pauses." And with that said, she gave the weak, powerless creatures what appeared to be a small, friendly wave, flashed a fake cheerful smile from the shadows of her cowl, and turned on her heel, beginning to head back to the room they had just left moments ago. Her cloak billowed out behind her, and her blood red eyes glittered hungrily in the shadows as she lead them deeper.
Time for a meal.
