    that offer if unfair to the BA but the line tribal is overpay

        the third[zebra] is the best by rarity. but, due to the very low demand of zebras II would not pick that. all the others add up to around the same thing. fourth bid is fair for a july pps. and the first is around fair for a july pps. maybe a bit more. July pps have bad demand right now as well so I would say the first of fourth would be the best offer.
