Liana's thoughts danced around for a while before she finally fell asleep. As usual, the nightmares chased her around until she woke up a few hours later, screaming into her pillow and curled into a ball.

Allie instantly woke up when she heard her scream. "Liana !" she called. She got up off her bed and went to sit on lianas bed. "It was just a dream." she said quietly.

Liana lifted her head from the pillow, panting and sweating. "I know..." she said, trying to slow her breathing. She cursed herself in her mind. Why couldn't the dreams and memories just leave her alone? The only dreamless sleep she'd had in a long time had been in the cave with Jay...Liana sighed, finally able to calm her breathing. "Just a dream," she repeated to herself.

Liana sighed, thinking about it. She knew she shouldn't bug him but....she knew he was the only one who would make the nightmares go away. She closed her eyes. "I'll go. Maybe just talking with him willl...make it better. I'll be back later." Maybe, she added silently.
