"Uh..." Derek said, hoping that 'the moron' wasn't one of them. He didn't really want to die.

((I haven't actually played it... I'm just obsessed wih it... I have no idea if any of this is true I'm making it up as I go along... *oops face*))

GLaDOS: "Wheatley"

((Oops... I am setting this after Portal 2... How far into it are you? Past the betrayal/potato bit?))

((I've watched my friend play it, and I just got to the part where Wheatly drops eggs into the door. And it's okay. xD. I was thinking we were going to fling ourselves across the room. xD. So Wheatly is back? Hurraaaay!))

"Uhm, okay..." Derek said, looking at a camera with confusion. Who was Wheatly?

((Yeah. I'm hopefully not giving too many spoilers, but when he gets... extremely forcefully removed when he wakes 'her' (GLaDOS) up, he gets returned. I love Wheatley!!!))

GLaDOS: "Never you mind. Anyway. I'm not going to help you. Find your own way out of this one."

"Well... How do we do this now? There's the ceiling option... But no, that's black too. Gah!" Jacob kicked his heel, only to get his leg sprung away again by the spring on his boot.

((I know how the game ends, so don't worry about spoilers for me. :3))

Derek frowned, then stepped onto the button, watching as the door opened. "We could pile a bunch of stuff on the button?" He suggested, looking at the camera. "Well... If there is enough stuff..." He stepped off the button with a sigh. The ground between where they stood and the platform with the cube was a ways below them, and it was white. "Ugh. And I thought the last test was hard."

((Ok, that's good.
Why does the number 3 not exist in Valve World? They can't juat leave everything at game 2. It's stupid! Bring on Portal 3!!!))

"It's crazy! Do they expect us to sit here and leave it unsolved?" Jacob complained, kicking himself again.

GLaDOS: "It can be done. Of course it can. Otherwise she wouldn't have been able to kill me... Twice..." she said bitterly.

((Well, they haven't made Half Life 3 yet, but there are like, 5 games. (I think?) So they're probably going to make a portal 2.5 or something. xD.))

"Yeah, it could be done if we could fly, maybe. And last time I checked, we couldn't." Derek said, looking around. "We aren't robots." He rolled his eyes.

((Oh, speaking of songs, look up 'The Device Has Been Modified' on YouTube, it's awesome.))

"Nope" Jacob sat down. Then he stood back up again. "In the meanwhile.." he repeated the sliding off the platform routine again. But instead of sliding off the second time, he launched himself off the edge with the spring bits of his long-fall boots and landed on the platform with the cube. "Well... I never thought that would work and I was prepared for a painful impact with the wall, floor or both." he laughed.

"Yeah, but how are you supposed to get the cube over?" Derek asked. "You won't be able to jump that far with it. They weigh at least as much as a person..." He said. Then he mentally slapped himself for being an idiot. "Oh, wait. Never mind." He shot a portal at the ground below in between the two platforms, and another on the panel. "Drop the cube through." He said. "See if it's safe before you jump." he explained.

Jacob nodded and dropped the cube. Then he jumped, and landed, but nearly fell over. "Woah!" he said. He regained his balance before he fell over.
