Are you a moderator at any other sites?
Nah, not at the moment. I've gotten back into petsites in the past few months but I've modded a bunch of places before.

Auotowins may change, so if You have an AutoWin Pet/Item The auctioneer Does not hace to accept it!
You auction can cancle with or without a winner! It is the Auctioneer's choice
Please be nice to the Auctioneer, he/she Is taking her time to make this for you!
NO CUSSING (this is pretty obvious)
Please try to bid fairly, the Auctioneer doesnt want to wase time with silly bids
This is in the eyes of the auctioneer!
1. Please give a link to your pet that you are offering/auctioning (or a link to your bid group). This will prevent the confusion of if you actually have that pet(s) or not. This rule is not mandatory because some do not know how to link or do not have the capability to do so. In those cases, use caution until the pet is confirmed.
They have every right to change their mind before they accept the trade. Nobody gets hurt in this because both sides will still have what they started out with.

I corrected a few spelling errors for you.
Other than that it's going great.

Both, depending on what you ask for ^.^
Rules for Contest(s) –Holders- (Must Read Before Posting)
Uses For This Thread:
-Contests are held by people who want art for their characters, looking for a design for a character, or for lineart that users would like to be able to use for their personal use.
-Some users use this thread to hold contests for stories, art of a species/creature, icons they can use, or just to hold a contest.
Rules Contest Holders MUST Follow:
-Prizes MUST be handed out if people enter unless it’s a design contest in which entrants get keep their entries.
-Do not change the prizes you are offering without warning they’d change in the beginning.
-Contests should be scheduled to end in a months’ time if an end date is not provided.
-Design contests where all entries would be kept, a prize must be given out to each participant for the work they did.
-The copyrights of the art made by entrants such as a signature should be kept on the art and not edited after receiving the art.
What Must Be Included In Your Contest Rules:
The Standards:
-An End Date
-The Prizes Your Offering
-What The Contest Is About
-If the end date may be extended
Optional Contest Rules:
-A Theme
-If Your Providing A Lineart, A Link To It Is Needed
-Likes and Dislikes
-If You’re Looking For A Certain Skill Level
-Tradition/Digita/Photo-Manipulation Art wanted/being accepted/not accepted
-A list of the entries you have recieved
Important Things A Contest Holder May Want To Include:
-In the beginning, clearly state that “Prizes May Be Subject To Change” if you’re planning on changing/adding/subtracting/substituting the prize. Users may get mad if you change the prize without a future notice to warn them.
-State that you might end the contest without a winner, but this rule only goes towards design contests and artists should be able to keep their entries.
-State that you would be keeping all entries you receive if you are planning to do so.
-How many entries entrants may enter.
Rules That Contestants MUST Follow:
-If you plan on copyrighting your art, sign it somewhere close to the main image or so.
-Do not argue with the rules/requirements the contest holder has for their contest
-Do not whine/beg for the prizes if they are not yours to get as well as whine if you had gotten a prize you did not want; don’t enter the contest if you don’t like the prizes if that’s the issue.
-Provide a working link to the image/document so it can be seen by the contest holder/other contestants.
-Do not make fun or judge others art
-Provide copyrights to the rightful owners of the characters you are drawing/writing about.
Report A Contest To A Staff Member Immediately If:
-A contest ends without warning
-The prizes of a contest are changed without warning
-The contest holder hasn’t logged into their account in a long amount of time, as the staff will have to judge the contest and hand the prizes out.
-A contest holder will not give up the prizes they had offered and did not say that the prizes may not be given out or changed.
-The contest holder keeps extending their contest even with so many entries and will not judge,
How To Properly Reference From An Image:
-Do NOT trace the image, that can get you banned.
-Simply follow the composure of the image by using shapes to make out the figure of the body.
-Go over your shape composure to get the body image composure.
-Draw the details like hair, fur, or clothing out over your body composure.
-Copyright and show the image you had referenced from
-An easier way to see how to reference from an image, look at these links:
Using Photo-manipulations:
-Make sure to use images in which the respectful owner grants permission to use their images to photo-manipulate and use off site.
-On the final image, keep copyrights to the respectful owners.
Do
-Use stock images from DeviantArt’s Resources and Stock located http://browse.deviantart.com/resources/
-If you use an image from DeviantArt, make sure the owner gives permission to use off of DeviantArt, otherwise don’t use it unless you want trouble.
-On your final image, you should write and make it visible that the image stocked you used does not belong to you by putting something like “Stock Image © username@deviantart.com”
-if you use another stock image from another site or place where you have permission to use it off site, still give credit to the rightful owner
Don’t
-Use google for stock images
-Use other people’s photo-manipulations
-Credit the image in tiny no-visible letters
-Use photos in which no permission is given to be used for photo manipulation.

I can do pretty much anything that's not art related since I clearly wasn't blessed in that department x3. I've done minor coding, organization, event planning, and other stuff before.
