The Vinca Dog is a raccoon-sized mammal that lives in the Arctic, or in other snowy conditions. Named after the plant, Vinca, they droop in heat and warmer weather, and can die if over heated.
Male Vinca Dogs are no different than female Vincas, only sometimes they have a single horn on their head. Females never have the horn. Other than that, they both have huge fluffy ears, so they can hear great distances, a long flap of fur going along their neck, and a skinny tail with fur lining it. Their feet are extremely small, and their legs short compared to the long body. Their coat colors are almost never natural colors, and are mostly neon with intricate patterns.
They have been known to find a human and stay with that one human forever, so choose your Vinca wisely!
This Vinca Dog is Up For Adoption! The best form wins, and art really helps too ^^:

Form:
VD's Name: Aubergine
Aubry for short
Background/History:Aubry was born in Arctic Alaska. When she was still exceptionally young, her parents disappeared, leaving her to fend for herself. One day she strayed very close to a human place. She was terrified to see a gigantic metal whale floating on the surface of the water, approaching the human place. To her surprise, many humans poured out of the side of the whale when it got close enough to shore. Aubergine, naturally, was curious, so she cautiosly stalked after a particularly small human. Soon the human was alone on a quiet street, peering into the buildings through what Aubergine took as clear sheets of ice. Aubry approached the human cautiously, and the human was surprised at first. Then the human took on an air of gentleness, and held her hand out for Aubergine to sniff. She did, and she liked this human. Aubry rubed her face affectionatly accross the humans hand, and the two became best friends. The human took Aubry home with her on the giant, metal, floating whale to a quaint little home in the country, with plenty of space to explore. Since then Abergine and the human have become inseperable, rarely leaving eachothers side and sharing many adventures.
Personality: Aubergine is a creative little girl. She likes to think of new things to do things, and has a very wide imagination. She has a wide expanse of knowledge that comes from her strong curiosity. She loves to explore and discover, making her a great traveling partner. Aubry is also very affectionate, and she can even get a bit too protective of those she is close to. Overall, she is a very loving, intelligent Vinca Dog, even if she can get a little fiesty.
Favorite Drink: Pomegranate
Izze (Sparkling Juice)
Art:
Haven't quite perfected the anatomy of this species yet

I'll get it right... eventually.

No, I dont haveGIMP... If you made these on Oekaki, then you can get the hex codes by clicking the rectangle that displays the color. It's directly below the color selection box thing. Otherwise I'll just try to get the colors right by eyeing it X3
