Experimentation on animals. Being tortured with all sorts of experiments, trapped in little rooms for their whole lives. Never seeing sunslight, forced to live among their own fecal matter. Makes you sick, doesn't it?
Experimentation on humans. Scared? You should be.
It all started when America's Democracy fell. It fell to corrupt corporate power. It fell, to a company known as Griffin Industries. Turns out America owed money to other things besides China. They owed money to a man known as Maximus Griffin, a real corporate bigshot. A real prick too. A million, a billion, a trillion dollars they eventually owed. That's how Griffin came to own America.
Of course China didn't like that. Not one bit. They had been eyeing America for a while, and wanted it under their flag. China got their friends and declared war on America. So America got their friends and thus began WWIII.
The war was going badly. Both sides were in a stalemate, but neither was willing to give up. In an act of desparation, Griffin Industries began research into super soldiers. At first, they just took volunteers. But that wasn't enough. Soon, they started abducting people from their homes. Nobody special, to avoid attention. They performed deadly experiments, and many died. But some lived. Out of the ones who survived, there were the ones who submitted to Griffin's rule, and those who resisted.
Eventually, Griffin made a training ground, filled with animals. But they weren't the targets of training. They were just the food. There was no training dummies to be found anywhere. No, the target of the training was the ones who resisted. The Prey.
The ones who submitted willingly were filled with bloodlust. Before being sent into battle in the war, they had to go through one training exercise. They had to bring a Prey to the front entrance. Dead or alive. These were the Predators.
I am a Prey. The person battering on the door of my makeshift shack is a Predator. It is too late for me, but I hope that someone may find this and reveal it to the world. I hope th-

Experiment History-

EXPERIMENT001: CODENAME CRAZE.
THE FIRST EXPERIMENTS INVOLVED A SERUM THAT ENHANCED PHYSICAL STRENGTH. THE EXPERIMENTS WERE SUCCESSFUL TO A DEGREE, THE RECIPIENTS OF THE SERUM GAINED A BOOST OF STRENGTH. BUT THERE WAS A COST. THE RECIPIENTS OF THE SERUM WENT INSANE, DRIVEN CRAZY BY HALLUCINATIONS. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THEY WERE FILLED WITH A DESIRE FOR BLOOD. THE EXPERIMENT WAS DEEMED UNSUCCESSFUL, ALTHOUGH PRODUCTION OF THE SERUM CONTINUED FOR A WHILE.

EXPERIMENT002: CODENAME LICKER
10 SUBJECTS WERE CHOSEN FOR THIS EXPERIMENT. WE TRIED, TO COUNTERACT THE BRAIN DAMAGE OF THE SERUM, TO APPLY HALF OF THE SERUM TO THE ACTUAL BRAIN. WHEN NO RESULTS OCCURED, WE GREW IMPATIENT AND DOUBLED THE APPLICATION OF THE SERUM. THE RESULTS WERE AMAZING. BOTH STRENGTH AND INTELLECT GREW DRASTICALLY. IT WAS SEEN AS A SUCCESS. AT FIRST. AFTER A WHILE, THEIR SKIN FELL FROM THEIR BODIES. THE GREW WILD LIKE THE WILD MEN, BUT WERE SMARTER. AND THEY SEEMED TO HUNT US, WITH WICKED LONG TONGUES. HENCE THE NAME: LICKERS. THEY USED THE TONGUE TO SEE, SINCE MUSCLE COVERED THEIR EYES. THESE TEN SUBJECTS WERE CAPTURED AND DEPOSITED IN SITE001, ALONG WITH THE WILD MEN, AND THE SERUM DESTROYED.

EXPERIMENT014: CODENAME BANSHEES
WE TRIED EXPERIMENTING WITH SOUND CONTROL, ALONG WITH LEVITATION. THE RESULTS WERE SOMEWHAT SUCCESFUL, WE CREATED LEVITATION SOUND MUTANTS. BUT THEY, LIKE THE WILD MEN, WENT CRAZY, AND THEIR DEADLY SHRIEKS KILLED MANY. THEY WERE SENT TO SITE001 AND SITE002.

EXPERIMENT027: CODENAME KITSUNES
THIS IS OUR THIRD ATTEMPT AT EXPERIMENTING WITH ANIMALS. WE TRIED FOXES THIS TIME, AND RECREATED THE WILDMEN SERUM. WE DID THE LICKER APPLICATION, AND CREATED... MONSTERS. THE FOXES LOST THEIR FUR AND SKIN AND EYES, LIKE THE LICKERS. BUT INSTEAD OF WHIPLIKE TONGUES, THEIR TAILS DIVIDED INTO MANY AND COULD EXTEND TO EXTREME LENGTHS. THEY ALSO GREW TO THE SIZE OF LARGE DOGS. SO WE CALLED THEM KITSUNES, LIKE THE CREATURES OF LEGEND. WE DEPOSITED THEM IN SITE001, SITE002, AND SITE004.

EXPERIMENT072: CODENAME HUMAN UNLOCKED
AFTER DISCOVERING THAT ALL HUMANS ALREADY POSSESED VERY MINUTE POWERS, WE FOUND A WAY TO UNLOCK THEM. BY REMOVING A PARTICULARLY USELESS MUSCLE, THESE POWERS ARE ENHANCED DRASTICALLY. WE'VE SUCCESSFULLY DONE IT.

EXPERIMENT073: CODENAME HUMAN ENHANCED
TO PANE, THESE UNLOCKED POWERS WEREN'T ENOUGH. SO, THROUGH SURGERIES, APPLYING BOTH MECHANICAL AND BIOLOGICAL PARTS, WE'VE ENHANCED THE NATURAL POWERS OF MAN.


Plot
You are either Predator or Prey.
If you are Prey, you resisted the scientists and they have made you into training dummies. You are doing everything you can to survive, using your powers to hunt for food. You must travel through the several random places to survive, you are always being tracked.
If you are Predators, you joined for whatever reasons. Your job is to capture Prey, dead or alive, and bring them to the main entrance right by the active volcano.
This time around you're not the only things in the arena...

Rules-

2. No godmodding or powerplaying.
3. Keep all romance and gore PG-13.
4. None of this "Joe kicked Fred, Knocking him on the ground." Fred's owner might've wanted to catch your foot or whatever.
5. If you dodge everything so help me god I will eat you.

7. Read EVERYONE's posts before you post. If there's like, 2 pages, ask for a recap. If there's only a page, please just read it!

16. No escaping the Training grounds, there are really really really thick walls that completely enclose the grounds, like a dome.
17. There is a creature, experimented on beyond humanity that kills inactive players who haven't posted in 4 whole days. There is no killing the mystery beast, in fact you don't know it's there. After it's first kill, it becomes a myth, a mere rumour among yourselves.
18. By semi-literate, I mean semi-literate. At least four lines per post. With that little of requirements, no excuses for writers block if you're actually a semi-literate roleplayer.
19. Use your best grammar and spelling.
20. No instant romances. I don't want two characters making out after just meeting one another. Same thing with enemies. Seriously.
21. Anime pictures are okay.
22. Since there are reserved slots, please have only three characters if you even want more than one.
23. Always keep tabs on the rules. They might change.

Personality-
My characters often have Personality Changing During Roleplaying Disorder [PCDRD] and it's extremely serious. I think I'll refrain from posting a set personality so my charries don't get sick.
Power(s) and Descriptions-
Invisibility- Ability to render the user unseen to the naked eye and/or other forms of perception.
Echolocation- Ability to determine location of objects in the environment by use of reflected sound waves, whether generated by the character or ambient sound. Also known as sonar or radar sense.
Animal Mimicry- Ability to take on the abilities of certain animals.
Effect Power Has-
Xavier is almost always unseen, and using echolocation, he can find Prey with ease. Since he has the Animal Mimicry ability, he is able to turn into pretty much any large animal and imitate their cry.
Family-
His mother and sister. He never met his father.
History-
Xavier lived with his mother and sister his entire life, which was an average life at that. When he got tired of just living like that, Xavier found the volunteering to serve their country almost irresistible. He ran away from home and joined up, getting more than he bargained for. But it didn't bother Xavier. Xavier agreed to work with Griffin Industries, and now he is a Predator.

Power(s) and Descriptions-
Bone Manipulation: He can control his bones. Grow then, remove and replace them, alter their shape a little. He heals only where they poke out the skin, because the altering bones affects the wounds.
More Durable Bones: His bones are more durable that most. But they are heavier, so he is slower.
Matter Ingestion: Can eat anything with no problems, prefers metal, but rock is an alright substitute.
Effect Power Has-
Has extremely strong bones, but he's slower. Since he can eat anything, it is extremely hard to starve him.
Family-
Just his father.
History-
Skelly was always a weird kid. He got made fun of in school a lot, but he never cared. Castiel's father was an ex marine trying to militarize his son. After repeated failures, his father gave up and handed him over to the government. Castiel, of course, refused to listen so they made him into their training dummy for the Predators to play around with.
