Well first there was Hivani a flirtatious madam. Then there was Inasdo a shy kind hearted ahz. Duriel the dark gothic silent one whose utterly in love with Fenris (Don't ask how that last part came about I have no idea lol). Venom Shadow came next based off of the Absinthe fairy he's the calm one who generally makes sure the others are behaving. Kalathae is the fallen angel ahz who likes to tease the others and is the country girl of the group. Last of all is Galaxy Wine who was the wonderful result of trading in my MLV XD

Lol the first one on the sheet that I saw was Xiron. XD He's so easy to spot, yet shyer than a flower on Christmas.

My manly little guy, here to protect me. He was my first Ahz, and I wooed him from the pound. <3 His magnificent coat is what caught my eye to begin with.

Ahh, my tortured soul. I love this little gal, and personally, I think she is one of the most unique Ahz. PD/Noc did a fabulous job. She is so much fun to write for, which is why I use her so often. Her story still breaks my heart.

Oh, Xiron. My ghastly little friend with his eyes like endless pits of doom. He's Verci's right-hand man, and they are hardly ever apart.

Dude. Gemsbok. Yesss. PD, I love you so much for him. He is absolutely 100% everything I imagined. As for his personality, he's funloving and friendly with a taste for the international. He reminds me of my Uncle Ken, who is actually living in Greece. XD

Well, as far as Cougalter goes, I love everything about her. xD

I've always loved the Plazmas, particularly the retired line ones, and I adore ocelots, so she's mah baby. :B

Actually, if I recall correctly, I was admiring all the Ahz in the archive, when I saw her for the first time.

I immediately thought "Darn, somebody already made a custom ocelot Ahz..."

and then she became available. @3@

I almost fell out of my chair when Onyx announced the winners. X3


Oh, and by the way... OMG HD your new "Snow Leopard Queen of Darkness" Ahz is awsome!!!

Anasael is really special to me. She was my first ever Ahz and applying for her was really fun. I had to make her personality, her appearance and a woo. It was tons of fun and I really enjoyed writing for her. I was really surprised when Onyx announced I had won. I love how she looks. The way the green really pops out on her dark brown. She is absolutely gorgeous. And the hyperactive personality really seems to complete her.

Haxe I applied for really on a wim. Her colors stood out and really caught my attention, and the snippit of personality shown in the her entrance made me think she would get along with Angel. She is amazing and I really love how calm and serene she is despite her vivid colors. She is almost the complete opposite of Anasael. Also, Haxe is only my second Ahz.

[I really love both of my babies and really enjoyed writing for them. I can't wait to use them the next time I try to woo, or when I write stories about Ahz!

Oh, and HD, I really like your newest snow leopard Ahz. ^^]

Once again, I'm really sorry this took so long, everyone put such great effort into their entries and it was really freakin' hard to decide. xD

Anywho, the winners of the Ahz contest is team Critazma, which consists of Lostgosling, Ashwyn and Neara. I really liked their take on an 'Ahzenai Pride' and a view on how things run in one. xD So each member will receive the 'Custom Package', which entitles them to one custom design on all official linearts. If each member of Critazma could pm me their custom descriptions/ref, I'll get them done asap. ouo-b

Once again, if I could do customs for everyone who entered I totally would, but that's a lot of customs. 8D;; In my heart, you are all winners. eue

In other news, I feel sorta bad about not keeping this thread up-to-date/providing you guys with vortex ahz/custom opportunities, etc. And I've been throwing an idea around my head for some time and sometimes off other people. :B Anywho, my idea is that the Ahz thread sorta becomes user run.

This might be that I appoint a couple/few people in charge who will sorta be the faux-admins, meaning they're able to hire artists, post new ahz, judge stuff, etc. Those I would pick would have to be trustworthy and dedicated. I'll still be the head honcho, so whoever I pick would have to run any decisions that want to make by me first, before they become official.

Goodness, I've been having a rough week and feeling very....off, lately. And this has totally taken me back to my happy place :'D I seriously am in shock, all the entries were so fantastic! But I'm glad you liked the whole Pride idea, it was greatly inspired and planned by LG <3 and I really enjoyed writing it.

Oooooh, I have so many custom ideas, but one in particular has really been calling out to me, so I think I'll have my form filled out tomorrow if that's all right?

In other news, I think that's a great idea Onyx, it'll take a nice bulk of the workload off your shoulders while still allowing you to maintain control of the thread. Sounds great to me ^-^ and if I can help in any way I'd love to be of service.

Here's what I would want if I did this user-run thing.
[list][*]Responsible artists who do customs/designs with a 'quality over quantity' mindset.
[*]Maybe an 'Admin/Writer' who would right the intro stories for a new Ahz, post that Ahz (with the image) in the thread, and judge. xD

Basically what I do now, just delegated to more individuals. :P I don't want this thread to die, I'm just afraid I can't give it the attention it needs by myself. <3 And you all have been so wonderful with keeping the mingle spot thread from dying. ;A;
