...I watched the second movie earlier tonight. I realized that I only had one HP drawing in my entire art collection...so I started this and didn't feel like waiting to show off. yeah...

I'm sorry, smothes1, but I don't think that I can help you much- I don't know what a Coopada is either. ...maybe you should try asking the person who has that written down on their rules? I don't know, but I hope that you find out... good luck!

Its COPPA. It stands for Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act. Its for childeren under 13 who join websites. But they are protected from passing on things about there age, name, where they live ect. Its for thier own good. You must have your parent or gaurdian sign some sort of letter thingie (I dont know what it is :<) And send it to....I forgot where. Anywho It will let you post and whatever if it gets accepted. Well search it up on google itll help!
