Lucas blinked a bit, lost in her eyes. "Uhhh. Sure." he said, then shook his head. Focus he told himself. "Ok, so when i was 12, we moved to a farm. We had everything but horses. We ha cows, chickens, pigs, everything. But i wanted a horse. The farm down the road had a mare that was pregnant, and i helped deliver the foal." he smiled softly. "It was Whisper. Ever since he was born, he followed me around, even back to my home. So finally, the owners of the farm down the road gave him to me. They claime they were moving and couldnt take him, but they are still there." he chuckled

Rae smiled. "Aww..." She crooned. "He must be so special to you! It's amazing that you helped deliver him. I wish I could've done that with Vivid... but I doubt I would be able to train him professionally. Oh, what discipline do you ride? I do hunters and equitation, although Vi can do some jumpers. Those giant jumps scare me!" She wrapped her arms around her chest, cold.

Rae looked at Lucas and smiled, her heart racing as she slowly accepted his jacket. She wrapped it around her, feeling warm and comfortable. "Not many boys ride english." She murmured. "I wish that there were more. Maybe we can..." she paused, her face flushed, "ride sometime? Uh, together?"
She looked at him and slowly tilted her head. "Thank you." She murmured, her voice quiet. She felt as if her heart would burst through her chest as she looked at him.

Lucas nods. "That would be great. I would love to." he smiled at her thanks. "No need. Would you like to dance?" he asked suddenly.
