Repede sat down,shaking,head spinning."I don't care."He whispered,voice filled with pain."I would deserve it."Tears dropped down his face."I beat my own son!And did you see him show any hatefulness towards me?No....and I had the nerve,to beat him.Do fathers do that?No!I'm not a father!"He snarled lowly."And two-timed mutt can have pupppies!But only a real dog can be a father!I'm no better than my father,or Grandfather!"He shook,lips quivering.

tam's features softened, and she pressed herself aginst him, keeping him up "Well, your son asked me to take care of you, and im not going back on my word." she barked softly in his ear "Besides, everyone is allowed to lose there temper, and not everyone can control it, its a fact of life, annoying yes, but true." she barked, looking over at kobi, whose belly was scared with there fathers teeth. kobi had willingly taking everyones punishment for them, when there father was in a rage he would taunt him away from the other three pups.

kobi paded over, sitting next to him wearily "You grew up with it, its very hard to break the chain." he barked softly, turning so his sides showed, the scars hidden with soft fluff, but still visible, snaking all around his sides and stomach "I dont blame my father for what he did." he barked

Repede forced himself to smile."True."He lifted his head to the sky,and howled.In the far forest,he heard his son's awsering howl.He lurched forward,and coughed,and wheezed.He staggered,shaking.

tam and kobi steped forward, suporting him from both sides "Where are you going?" tam barked

"Uh..Nowhere."

"we should go back to the den." kobi barked, switching his tail "star will be wondering where we are."

tam noded "Well, then sence you arent going anywhere, come back with us." she barked softly

jace shook his head, setting the rabbit he caught down "Tambra, ive seen you flirt WAY better than that!" he called teasingly, bending down into a play bow.

Tam turned and snarlled, showing all her teeth

Repede sighed."Tam?May I go with you guys?"He asked,face sollom.

tam turned back, her lips slipping back down, the demon look disapearing from her features "Yes, you can." she barked

jace cowered back at his sisters snarl, showing he was only joking, and picked up the rabbit, his ears pressed flat back.

Kobi flicked his overly fluffy tail infrount of his face to keep from laughing
