If not, is the blue 2009 Tess Dragon with snowflakes on it be a fair trade for the elemental wind cat?

It's not fair to the Malk cat. It's true that the store horse is worth an '09 Rare but not in this case since Malk elemental cats are often sought after with high demand/popularity. So yes, I'd say the '09 Tess dragon would cover the cat. c:

I'd say it's unfair. 1 '10 uncommon does not equal 2 '10 uncommon, even if one is a unicorn. Those 2 horses and the unicorn have about the same demand I'd say.

It's almost fair to you. c: If they add let's say another '10 uncommon, it should be fair. The spider isn't worth much but since it's an '10 uncommon, I'd say the pps cat and the pps deer horse cancels it out. Then the '10 uncommon lion and uncommon malk horse for the '10 Rare pps horse. Malk horses are popular but the lion and it is not worth an '10 Rare pps. c: Get a second opinion just in case though. I may be wrong.

Nope. The Nonjewel Sundog has a higher value than the Non-tag. A mid-low '08 Advent would make it up. c: Get a second opinion to be sure.
