Okay, i have a question, How do i make stamps? i've seen stamps in peoples signatures, And i have always been curious.

You can't make them on here you can make them on Photoshop though and then get someone on Deviantart to animate them for you.

Well... I do have adobe photoshop, but i don't have a deviantart account.

You could always ask someone else or make an account. I don't really know a lot about that stuff buit this is all I know.

On deviantart they're are many stamp templates, like this one and you don't need a account to use them! You just drag the picture into a new tab then drag it into photoshop or gimp and then draw or add whatever you like. To animate stuff you can go on lots of different websites I like gifninja but it really depends on how you like to animate.

Nope, joining is free. Premium account costs, but it's not necessary to get premium membership. Also, like Tardigrade said, you can use stamp bases without joining DA.
But stamps don't necessarily have to be animated or made on photoshop, you can make them anywhere you like - the stamp bases on Deviantart just might help you make them neater and fit in more with the stamps of others. ^^
