I would say this is an unfair trade. the dog you are offering is a 2008 re-release, technically making it worth the same as the cake dog. i would say it was worth more because it is more popular.

@Mitta2345: I'd say fair or a tad unfair to the rat side. The rainbow draft is in such low demand you can hardly get a rare for it. ;)

If you go by the Rares List it's pretty unfair to your UR Cat.
But I do know Black Advents have been going for mid to upper top list pets apiece like Sorbets, BE Galaxies, Spotted Tribals, etc. And the Joker is ridiculously over valued as well. So, it's hard to say. Depends on how much you liked the UR Cat really. That's kind of like the Zebras and Banana. Technically extremely extremely valuable but how wanted is it is up to personal preference.
