Valentines Sketch

Please tell me if this is intermediate worthy! I have been trying to create something good, but can't. I feel like this one might have a chance. Comments and critique are oh, so welcome! 
This is my dog, Skye, well her eyeball at least. Then I got the idea of adding some hearts, I experimented and thought that it looked better with just one. Please let me know if I can put this into intermediate! :p
