Swanpaw stalked stealthily through the forest, she placed one paw in front of another as she neared her prey. A rabbit. It would make quite a for Blackmist! Swanpaw prepared to pounce, she leaped onto its pack and killed it with a swift bite. Jolting up with her head high and ears pricked she listened for anymore sounds or movements of prey. Instead she heard and earsplitting yowl come from just ahead of her. Grabbing the rabbit, Swanpaw darted into the bushes in front of her. Afraid of what she might find, had her shivering from ears to tail tip.

Breezepelt stalked through the forest silently, a large mouse dangling from his tightly clamped jaws as he weaved between trees and rocks. His ears pricked as he heard a deathening noise and bolted towards the source, eventually running into Swanpaw. "What are you doing out here?" He asked her concerned through her mouthfull.

"Oh! Breezepelt you frightened me out of my fur!" Swanpaw exclaimed. "I was just hunting, and I heard fighting and growling. I wanted to see what it was. Did I do anything wrong?" she asked frantically, afraid that she should've been in camp doing other things than to be hunting.

(She said she didn't have enough time for an apprentice, also Swanpaw has a crush on Breezepelt more than she does on Blackmist)

Breezepelt nodded, his eyes soft. "You know that you shouldn't be out of the camp alone." He replied, it was one of their many rules that the apprentices should be knowing of.

Breezepelt sighed heavily, "Only something more than hunting would bring you out here against the warrior code," He replied, "What is it Swanpaw? Tell me the truth."

Swanpaw sighed, "I wanted to impress Ivystar, so I came out here to find something that would and"- she sniffed the air, fox!-" Gotta go!" she meowed and darted towards the bushes. Swanpaw came into a clearing, Ravenmoon was facing off with a fox, and Blackmist lay dazed by a tree.

Breezepelts sighed and rolled his eyes, bolting after Swanpaw, "Don't just run off like that!" He exclaimed, then his gaze travelled to Blackmist's body under a tree, and Ravenmoon facing off with the fox. "Go get a patrol!" He orderd Swanpaw, then ran over to Ravenmoon's side, trynig to fight off the fox.

"But-" Swanpaw started a reply but thought better of it. Bolting back to camp she ran towards Ivystar's den. "Ivystar, Ivystar! You have to come quick! Ravenmoon and Breezepelt are facing a fox and Blackmist is dazed! You have to come!" Swanpaw pleaded her Clan leader.
