For the record, it's only "hell"? D; I think it's kind of strange, because even outside of Nick, their music is geared toward a younger demographic. So yeah..Wut. I think the target of that music is young teens, so I wouldn't worry about "hell" being used. Nickelodeon just gets really surprising sometimes. At least they cover it up on TV, or it'd be the biggest mess I've ever seen.
