Urg, I wish people would stop bashing Shrek the Musical for being "slow and boring to kids." Kids don't come to the theatre anymore. It wasn't meant for them. It was meant for avid theatre-goers to enjoy. Believe it or not, theatre people are smart and know that theatre is a dying art, so they're going to cater to those who have stayed true, not a bunch of snot nosed kids who don't give a crap. Seriously, back off the musical. It's fantastic. You folks just don't appreciate it because you don't know what it's like to be a freak.
