That depends on if you put the hair on a seperate layer, with a seperate color and line layer than the body color and lines. Same for the head.

It's not really breaking my rules- that's pretty much the same as making an Oekaki competition using these lines. I don't understand why they didn't do that in the first place if they only want entries done on these lines. I'm not going to do anything about it; it doesn't break my rules.

Personal gain is pets/profit, not characters. Competition entries OUTSIDE of Oekaki comps (look at the line BELOW the comp. entry rule) is not okay, but Oekaki comps are.

I almost always color my linearts purple/bluish purple. In this case, I did the shading that color so I kept the same base color in case people wanted to edit it and wanted to get the same style of shading.
