Shadow looked at him "Im not your servent. I just wanted to help my friend and what do you mean it would cause trouble??" She said walking to a walk to stand by. " I didnt give Alice anything... She remebered by herself. Alright?" She said. "Let me Go." She cried.

"Your friend also happens to be my property." Leon told her. "Your meddling will cause unwanted effects. I'm not an idiot, I'm not about to tell you why." He nodded at the news that Alice hadn't been given anything. "Then I will have to see to her." He sighed, and pulled out the key. "This is what you want, correct? I'll let you go on one, little condition. You speak to no one of this. No one has to know what's going on." He placed the key on the table, then reached under the table, where a revolver was in a small compartment(he was a noble, there were assassins). He clicked the safety off. "Or perhaps... You might be absent a maid. It's your choice, really. If you stay quiet, you can leave, and I won't feel compelled to take the shot. And if you don't stay quiet, and trust me I'll know, you'll be needing a new maid to attend to you." He looked at her expectantly. "So, what is your choice, Miss Shadow?"

"You want to kill off my maid, just because of something i have done?" She asked looking at him. "Leon I thought we were friends..." She nodded to him "It would be better if it was me anyways..." She paused. Then standing tall and straight. She looked at him. "I cant promise you anything so you may as well get it done and over with.." She said her lip trembling just a bit.

Cecily gave a cute smile and turned to leave before Alice could even so much as respond to her offer. Cecily had seen Miss Shadow come out, obvious that she felt better. Cecily smiled, and began to run forward to her newest friend to suggest that they finish playing there game, but before Cecily could even call her name out Miss Shadow had run into the library after master. Cecily pouted a bit and then sighed, leaning against the wall next to the entrance. She would wait for Miss Shadow out here. Cecily began to thick back a bit, and a funny thought came to her. Cecily had heard Miss Shadow call master Leon earlier. Although it was his name, Cecily was used to him being referred as master, so hearing such a pretty girl call him by his name made Cecily giggle a bit. Cecily admitted though that if Miss Shadow started to love master it would make Cecily upset a little, even though it wasn't right to be jealous. Cecily smiled on anyhow, waiting for Miss Shadow.

"Perhaps not kill, if you keep the secret." Leon said, standing up. "Friends? How are we friends, exactly? You are a girl who showed up at my door just this morning, we talked for maybe an hour or more. We aren't friends, dear. We are acquaintances, and right now, partners in business." He told her, taking the key again. "No, I don't think it would be best for me to kill you. You have potential in the future. Great potential." He kept the revolver down, and walked over to her. "One can hold their tongue for the right price. Perhaps if I threatened the both of you? You simply just have to not say something, and I spare you both. It's not like I want to kill anyone, or harm anyone physically, but if push comes to shove, I'm afraid it will come to that." He told her, then smirked lightly. "Or I could make this easy on both of us and make you forget everything you've and experienced and nearly everyone you've met here, at home, anywhere; you'd wake up a brand new person. That is my other offer. I give you three choices. Pick one."

Shadow looked at him"What potential do you see in me? " She asked. "Ill hold my tongue. "Just let me leave we can act like this never happened okay?" She looked at him "Please Leon." She said. She reached for the key. And looked at the door I wonder if i scream if jenny will hear me. She thought to herself.

"Potential that you will never understand." Leon said, then lifted the key above his head. She'd have to bring him down to get it. "Very well. Considering that was one of your choices, you are free to go. Just remember, one faulty word and you'll be in trouble. And no more of this memory restoring stuff, it could ruin the household and bring the family crashing down into ruins. Leave Cecily alone, only talk to her as a friend." He said, though kept the key up. "But before you go, I do wish to have one more question answered. What herb is in this tea that makes it restore memories? It could prove very valuable in my research."

"Its something you wouldnt understand"She said mimicking his words "Just let me go." she looked at him and sat on the floor, He wasnt going to let her go and she knew she wouldnt be able to keep it a secret from Cecily "Make me forget, Just please dont make me forget my mother and the tonics she made please." She whispered. She couldnt forget her mother she just couldnt. She looked at him with sad eyes. "Well do it, might as well." She said.

Leon's eyes narrowed. "You are testing my patience, girl." He snapped at her. "You chose one, but picked another, and won't answer even the simplest question. Make up your mind, think it through. You can't choose which memories stay, they're either all there or gone. Again, I give you three choices; If you don't want anyone hurt, hold your tongue. If you can't hold your tongue, pick memory removal. If you don't want to forget your mother and can't hold your tongue, then choose to reveal it to the house hold and lose a maid and most likely then, your own life. Choose before I choose for you. If I choose, it will be the one that benefits me most. Do not try my patience any further, you do not wish to know what happens."

"FINE!!" Shadow screamed. "The herb has no real name, at least that I know my mother taught me to call it, RYL which stands for Remember Your Life. She never called it anything but that that's all i know, when i was younger i asked her if it had another name, She told me yes. but she never told me the name." She looked at him, " I'll hold my tongue. Let me leave." was all she said.
