Got bored and decided to draw a parrot. He's fully editable, including a bunch of accessories-- even a little baby bird with a few of his own accessories. x3

RULES:

1. Do not erase/ paint over/ distort my signature in ANY way.
2. Please COLOUR it. Don't just lazily paint bucket one colour and call it done. Actually COLOUR this, using no less than two colours.
3. Please at least put some effort into colouring. This isn't a strict rule or anything, but when I see people take lines and colour them by scribbling out of the lines all over the place, just to get the gist of their colours down, I die a little inside. 8I
4. Do not complain about the lack of lock alpha on this. I'm serious. > _ >
5. You may put this in your signature or where you like, but please do not upload this to any "art" sites such as Deviantart.
6. You may use these lines for adoptables, BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE FREE. You may not make ANY profit off of adoptables made with these lines. No payment, no tip-- they must be 100% FREE.
7. These lines may not be used for contests.
8. The lines may be edited slightly, but please don't go full makeover on them.
9. Do not claim these lines as your own.

dumb question- how do i color? which layer do i color on? when i go on layer 2- lock alpha i just end up coloring the lines.

You have to make a new layer UNDER the lines.
There is no lock alpha.
