Dear JT

Mirage told me her story.
Her father (Dan's uncle) is a scientist, but the type who does mutations and such. When he learned that Dan was interested in science, he hired him as his assistant. When one day, when her father ran out of dogs to experiment on, he experimented on Mirage. Then he made deals with our parents to give them one or two of their children when they reached thirteen years old. Dan became friends with us by accident, he wasn't supposed to, but then Dan was able to break the bond to be able to do experiments. Mirage who had watched everything helped us escape because she couldn't bear watching any more innocent dogs die. and now were here, in the middle of a forest, and its raining. So while were sitting under a ledge, I'm gonna let Carly write in you.


Carly Page!
HI JT! as you know, i'm Carly, I wrote in you before when Storm cracked her head open. So..... Ya now were in the middle of this stupid forest, sitting under a stupid rock, eating stupid pie. Ok were not eating pie, BUT I WISH WE WERE! Instead were eating rabbit that Storm caught, its actually really good, but i'd rather eat pie. Oh I gotta go, Storm wants you back bye!

..................... Wow, I didn't think Carly liked pie that much. So, while Carly was writing, Mirage told me she had a boyfriend that could drive us home.
"No, we shouldn't go home." Shade said.
"Why?" asked Jenny.
"Because they gave us away, our own parents gave us away. They decided that before we were even born! I don't want to go back." growled Shade, "They don't want us."
"Okay, then my boyfriend could drive us to the nearest city." said Mirage.
"sounds good...." whispered Chase.
"But we should wait till this rain stops first." said Mark, chewing on a rabbit bone.
I didn't say anything, my parents, they don't want me. I almost started crying but I didn't, it so confusing, they really acted like they loved me. Sigh..... Well I'm gonna hunt, in the rain. Oh well.

Dear JT
We just came to a small town where Mirage's boyfriend lives, it's called Totem-town or something like that. Heh, Totem-town is a funny name . Well anyhoo, we walked up to this pale yellow house, me and my friends stayed on the grass while Mirage went to knock on the door. After a few moments a guy around Mirage's age opened the door and smiled. This is what he looks like:

"Mirage!" he exclaimed, giving her a hug.
He didn't even glance at her hooves, I assume he already knows about them.
"I haven't seen you for like a month! Where were you?" He asked.
"My dad wouldn't let me out of the house." she said with a shrug, then she turns to us "This is Kris."
Kris' expression turned serious "are these the new recruits?" he asked Mirage.
Mirage flashed us a glance and gave a small shrug.
"Wait? Recruits?" Growled Shade, narrowing his eyes.
Mirage gave a heavy sigh "Yes recruits, you see, Kris and I are the leaders of a rebellion. You know how my dad does experiments? Well there are industries like that all over the world, and while they say they're 'revolutionizing the world' they're actually making armies of experiments. Only one of the experiments was successful, we call them mutts. They are like super dogs, 7-8 feet tall, super strong, giant Claws and fangs, they can jump 15 feet in the air, blood red eyes. They are making armies of these super dogs, and trying to modify them so they can morph into normal dogs. They are still trying to make other successful experiments, but none have been totally successful. when the time is right, they'll send out these mutts all over the world, this may turn into a world war 3. Our Job is to stop them, so we rescued other experiments and formed a rebel alliance to stop this. That's why we need you guys to help us, because if we don't do something My uncle and Other mad scientist dogs may take over the world."
she was out of breath when she finished.
"World domination." muttered Jenny, "Typical."
Wow, this is serious JT. World Domination? Mutts? Rebels? gosh.
"Should we do this?" asked Mark, looking flustered.
Then I spoke up "I'll do it, I don't want the world to be ruled by those psychos."
Chase looked thoughtful, then nodded "I'm joining too" he said, glancing at me.
I blushed a bit and smiled, "Thanks." I murmured.
Jenny shrugged "Count me in." she said bouncing over to me.
If she was a My little pony, I think she would be Pinky Pie, she's just so hyper. Not that I watch my little pony ........ *cough*yesidoandimobsessedwithit*cough*
Then Mark walked next to me "If Chase does it, then I do it."
Ah, thats a loyal brother.
Carly walked to my side without a word and smiled at me "I've got your back."
Then i looked at Shade, "Shade?" i asked quietly, not wanting to sound pushy.
Conflicting emotions crossed my brother's face, then he nodded, "I'll do it."
Great, now were all gonna be part of a rebel alliance and try to stop some psychos from taking over the world.

This is gonna be interesting.

Dear JT
We're on our way to the resistance base inside of Kris' van. Mirage said the ride will take about an hour, A HOUR! I am extremely claustrophobic so right now I'm huddled in a corner shivering. Ok, since I'm about to go berserk, I'll give you to Jenny for a while.
Hi!
I'm Jenny and Storm said i should write in you for a while so.......... Hi! Oh gosh, Storm is getting a wild look in her eyes.
"Don't look at me like that........" I just told her.
Now shes breathing heavily and her eye is twitching *twitch twitch* Uh oh now she's banging on the walls and screaming:
LEMME OUT! LEMME OUT!
Um........ What's she doing?
She's butt-scooting on the floor
AH! MY CONSCIENCE! wait, I have a conscience?
Jenny, its me, Shade. I right next to you.
Ah.... Good point.
*Facepalm*
Oh no, now she's talking to herself and having weird spasm things. This is what she's saying:
"Just. Forty five minutes. forty five. FORTY FIVE."
She just fainted, Hey conscience?
I'm not your conscience!
Well whoever you are, why did she just faint?
It's SHADE, and she just fainted cause she's claustrophobic, but the weird thing is that she only gets claustrophobic in cars.
Weird.........
I'm bored, lets stop writing.
Okey Dokey!

45 minutes later.....

Back, ok, apparently, I fainted. Anyhoo, we arrived at the base, only, it doesn't look like a base. It's a giant abandoned hotel, I turn to Mirage.
"This is the base?"
She shrugs "Not exactly."
I was about to ask what she meant but she already walked inside. We walked past old furniture and broken things, there were cobwebs everywhere. One got stuck on Carly's ear and she screamed, Jenny snickered, then Carly smeared cobwebs on Jenny's muzzle, Jenny screamed.
"Stop fooling around you guys!" snapped Chase.
Oh I love it when he gets all commanding like that, ugh, I've got to stop doing that.
"Wait!" says Mark.
We all turn around and look at him, he looks slightly embarrassed.
"Um... I should tell you guys something........ They, eh, experimented on me, while..... while you guys were sleeping. I didn't tell you guys cause i thought you would think i was weird." he mumbled.
"What did they do to you?" Kris asked.
Mark tensed up and arched his back slightly, six inch quills rose from the fur on his back. Suddenly he gave a jolt and a few flew out towards a painting, sticking into it.
"Wow....." breathed Carly.
"Thats......" began Mirage
"SO COOL!" exclaimed Jenny. "That's a great weapon, you could go PEYOO! PEYOO! and kill someone!" She hopped around pretending to shoot things with her finger gun.
Yup, thats Jenny for you. Well anyhoo, we kept on walking and then we spotted to dogs with bat wings standing in front of an old sofa.
"Drake, Drey, let us in." commanded Mirage.

They both held guns, Drey narrowed his eyes and said:
"Prove to us your Mirage."
Mirage rolled her eyes.
"Stop fooling around or I'll punch both your faces in!" she snarled.
They flinched, "Yup, It's her." said Drake.
they flapped their wings a few times as the pushed the sofa out of the way and revealed a trapdoor. Drey opened it, exposing a ladder that went into darkness. Kris and Mirage went down motioning us to follow, I went down the ladder and felt my paws hit the floor. there was a click and a light went on, a light bulb hanging from a thin wire. There was a flight of stairs and we started walking down them. We spotted a light up ahead, and walked into this giant cavern thing with lights hanging from the ceiling. All around us were experiments and normal dogs walking around and going into other tunnels that lead to other places.
Kris gave a small grin "Welcome to the base."
