Zena shuffled her hooves to the water; stiffly dropping her muzzle into the clear water. She let her green eyes close as she did; silent. Another night of sleeplessness.

Shatter swishes her tail slightly as she watched Zena. Her head tilted to the slightest bit as she stood.

Zena opened her eyes as she felt water meet the inside of her nose; snorting quietly. Her ears flicked softly as she took a few steps into the water; splashing her hooves slightly.

Shatter flick her harks, wondering if Zena was alright.

Zena's ears twitched as she watched the water; only stopping when she was up to her waist. She moved her legs back and forth, he front ones, and made small waves that washed onto shore, less then three feet off.

Shatter assumed she was fine, but she wasn't completely positive.

Zena raised one of her hooves and let it fall; voicing a small splash. She hadn't noticed Shatter watching her.

Shatter flicked her tail, glancing away slightly. Her green gaze returned to Zena, watching her splash.

Zena nickered lightly; quiet in the morning air. She didn't want to wake anyone if they weren't already. She snorted softly as she continued to splash her hooves.

Shatter sighed as returned to grazing, her gaze sometimes flicking to Zena.
