It's quite hard to say at this point as the store pets value has not settled but... I am going to say it's still bit unfair to the balloon dog. I quickly counted those 09/08 rares to be worth about mid september and plus the scarf dog that's mid-low september. I think balloon dog is worth about 3 mid/high septembers. And 12 store dogs would be worth 180C$ which is about what low septembers go for, so it's not technically terribly unfair. But do get another opinion. ^^;

I would say unfair to only because the batdog is a very popular pet right now. Get another opinion though.
