I'm not really sure if either are fair... I think the cat's unfair to the PPS, but the PPS is unfair to the dog... And would either the cat or the dog be fair to one or two early 2011 store horses?

The pps butterfly wolf/coccoon is worth up to a grey mini husky level or one above it on the rares list.
The cat would be very unfair for the pps, I don't know about the dog.
The cat you could get maybe one for the horses if you're lucky although it would be unfair to them.
I'm not one hundred percent sure on this so you should ask for another opinion
