"MOM! DOLPHINKIT IS ANNOYING ME!" Leechkit yowled. He kicked at the anchovie and stalked away.

[donovan.]

Springstar watched with amusement. Six moons had now passed and they were ready to be apprenticed.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath Sand Rock!" Springstar yowled. She watched as Robinwing led her seven wriggling kits towards the meeting.

[Golden Sun]

Suddenly, Ivyfrost gasped in pain... *Time skip*

Ivyfrost glanced down at her kits with curiosity as they suckled. Two of them were healthy. The other one was a scrawny and sickly, and hadn't been breathing at first when he was born. He seemed to have her friend Lilypelt worried.

[donovan.]

Springstar stared at the gathered cats.

"Wavekit, from this day foward you shall be known as Wavepaw. Your mentor shall be Lilypelt."

Repeat for Finchpaw, Dunepaw, Leechpaw, Riverpaw, Dolphinpaw, and Palmpaw.

Dolphinkit slapped him on the face, then took her anchove to the Highrock. When she heard what her leader said she gasped. "I'm gonna be a medicine cat!" she purred with joy.

Palmpaw "eeped" with joy.

Riverpaw happily ran in circles.

Finchpaw sat there obediantly.

Leechpaw pounced on Dolphinkit, biting her. "Shut up. No one likes you." He growled.

Wavepaw bounded up to Palmpaw, "I'm so excited!"

Leafstorm greeted her apprentice.

[Chickenpaste]

"Me too!" Palmpaw agreed. She looked up at her new mentor.

"Stop Leechkit!" Dolphinpaw yowled. "Don't you understand?! No one likes you because you always act like a seagull-brain! Don't you see?! You don't have to be hated! You don't have to be small!" She shoved him onto the ground, tears rolling from her eyes. "I tried to help you many times in my life, but I guess it was all in vain!" She ran over to her mentor and stuffed her face in his fur, hiding her tears with closed eyes.

Riverpaw and Finchpaw both greeted their mentors with a friendly lick.

[donovan.]

Reedfeather nuzzled Dolphinpaw. "Come now, we must journey to MoonPillar. You will walk among StarClan. But first apologize to your brother. I don't care what he did. You can't just accuse cats of things that aren't entirely true." The medicine cat said calmly.

Leafstorm smiled at Palmpaw, "Would you like to come on a hunting patrol?"
Robinwing licked Finchpaw, "Let's patrol the territory."

A voice came inside her head, and Dolphinpaw was forced to apologize. She shook her head, and trotted after her mentor.

"Would I ever!" Palmpaw purred.

"Ok," Finchpaw meowed agreeingly.

[donovan.]

Leafstorm purred back and led her apprentice out towards the ocean.

Robinwing led Finchpaw away.

Reedfeather nodded in approval and set off at a brisk pace to Moon Pillar.
