Trade Rant Thread [NEW]

Since when has the TRADE Rant Thread become the Pound Rant Thread?
Did I miss something?


Anyway, back on topic. Just got this:

Almost makes me want to take those guys off our Wish List but I won't I'll just keep politely canceling and explaining.

And then there's this. I've gotten quite a few trades from this COPPA'd user over the past three days. All varying from bad to worse. Here's the latest:

I politely directed them to the link to the Rares List Guide in huge blue letters at the top of our trade rules and canceled.
I swear not five minutes later this came in.

So I a little more loudly told them to please study the Rares List Guide before sending us any more trades Please.

After five or six of these kinds of trades and them just not getting the message that they need to learn their rarities a little better my patience is wearing thin. I honestly don't know why I haven't just foe'd them by now. I really don't. I think I'm mellowing with age.

I honestly don't see how that's such an issue.
For one thing some users are unable to send messages. Not to mention half the time I send trades I don't have time to write out a message. Plus it gets annoying for me when I see every message that says "Hi, edit it"
Messages aren't needed for everything .-.

Agreed. I even have it in my own rules that message aren't needed. I don't write them half the time, why should I expect someone else to?

Agreed. I even have it in my own rules that message aren't needed. I don't write them half the time, why should I expect someone else to?

I prefer it when people add messages, just because they come across as more polite if they do take the time to, but I don't mind getting a first trade without a message. But I do expect that by the time the third edit rolls around, they should've at least said something. It's so frustrating when people don't. x.x I know I can keep editing without you specifically saying, but could you at least tell me whose side you want me to change? ^_^;
