I wish he was Microchipped D: My mom doesn't want to microchip cats because they are 'just cats'. But Microchipped our Alaskan Malamutes >_<

Hmm. That's unfortunate. Should really have a breakaway collar on him then if he's an indoor outdoor.

If someone picks him up and you end up in a ownership dispute and they weren't collared or microchipped there's no way to tell whose cat it really is. Especially true with Tabbies and Black cats who all look a lot alike -.-

I really hope you find him. If it were me in that situation I'd be freaking out. Then again in my area un-resigtered cats get put down / you get a hefty multi-hundred fine -.-

D: Really? Daanng! D: I wouldn't care about the money, just Jasper and Amenti Don't they wait like three weeks to three months before considering putting them down?

They wait a 3 day before they will legally put up for adoption and if someone adopts them you can't do anything. If they don't get adopted within a week their time is pretty much up though...

Unfortunately I currently live in a place where there are a lot of strays so the animal shelter and the animal care and control is very overwhelmed.

Jasper climbs trees. Why would I give him a collar if he's on trees all the time? He can choke himself, and a lot of people ignore collars and take them off. >_<
