Shiro stopped at the gate and worked his collar before taking it off. He looked at it, tears filling his eyes as he tossed it to the ground and ran from it and the house, trying not to cry.

((He's seriously running away because he can't have kittens? -_- ))

Ichigo groaned when the alarm blared and he hit the snooze, yawning and sitting up, "D*mn...morning already?"

Shiro stopped down the street and sat at the mailbox, he knew the route to ichigo's work and he also knew a route to something else. A friend of his named kurayami and the kit he always carried. Maybe he could convince kurayami to give him the kit! Or he could just go play with the other kits at ichigo's work but he'd lately been feeling like ichigo was loving him a lot less too.

((Then why is he running away? That's not going to fix anything, only succeed in making Ichigo kill himself for being a bad mate...))

Ichigo got out of bed and took a shower before getting dressed in his scrubs and making a quick breakfast, "Tensa!! Shiro!! Wake up!! Time to get ready to go!!" Ichigo yelled

Shiro cursed when he heard kurayami got caught by the animal control people and raced home, grabbing his collar and fittling to put it on before climbing into the tree to look like he fell asleep.

Tensa yawned as he got out of bed, bringing kon downstairs with him.

Ichigo looked up and smiled, "Mornin- wait...One, one and a half...where's Shiro?"

"Probably sleeping in the tree outside again." Tensa yawned.

Ichigo frowned and moved outside, towards the tree to look up at Shiro, "Shiro-kun?"

Shiro shifted in the tree a bit before he rolled over and ended up falling into ichigo's arms.

Tensa went into the kitchen and sat down waiting.

Ichigo looked down at him and smiled softly, "Wake up, Shiro-kun...I'm sorry about last night...I was really tired...Tensa's fine~!"
