Well.....it does look gold....but Tyr (the artists) mentioned something about it being "Bronzy" a few pages back...so I'm thinking it's based more on bronze? Although, i guess it's always whatever each user wants it to be...

Ahh... :o This reminds me of the Shishi on my desk!
Mine aren't bronze- they're little ceramic statues- but this dog still reminds me of them. c: The shading and texture effects are really beautiful. It looks so statue-esque!
