I am putting papers out at the end of each month, so all newborns [or most] are grown, events are mostly done, everything. Pretty much the paper gives a "lookback" at the month, make sense?

Well I thought that small intros wouldn't hurt, but I made a Xat so hopefully spam with be less.

Oh and I'm going to make another thread tomorrow that is going to be for the Paper itself. The first post will be the archive, 2nd is banner and stamps, and 3rd will be Cs Gazette Related Art. No Posting tho. All Comments will be directed here so Issues dont get lost among comments.
I think All Banners, stamps should have that code rather than this one.
