For your third question, "oekaki" means "to draw a picture" in Japanese. It's just term to describe an online board where you can draw.

I lookes my friend playing CS ´for a long time now, and now im registered.
But if i remember right she can send privat messages and such...
Where can i do this?

I got a one sided trade and wanted to ask, but i cant write anything.
I asked her and she said htere where boxes where you can write while editing, but i couldnt find them...

Could someone help me?

You just had to have one post approved, you should now be able to send private & trade messages, plus post freely on the forums. :]
You can either go to your PM inbox (there's a link to it up there, it says "*insert number here* new messages") and type the username, or you can click on the PM-button in user's profile. :]

It seems to be up again now. It's probably because of the images in that topic.
CS has many sites blacklisted and content coming from those sites need to be checked and approved by a mod before the post becomes visible, every time you post them - editing counts too. ^^;

The rarities of pets usually get updated either at the end of that particular month or in the beginning of the next month. When that happens, all the new pets with "unknown" on their rarity tag will get their rarities, and some pets will got up (e.g. from uncommon to rare). All the pets that change get posted on this thread, and all the pets that have changed in previous updates get posted here ^^
