Toby tried his best while playing Pac-Man. Although he didn't score nearly as well as average people, he was proud with his final score. "Done," Toby commented with a hint of pride in his voice when the game finished. He took a step back and glanced back at Brook.

Mr. Cole chuckled softly at her enthusiasm. He nodded and responded smiling, "Yes, you did." Then, Mr. Cole glanced at the flame dancing on the tip of the candle and remarked, "Nice job."

Toby took a step back with wide suprised eyes. A dumbfounded expression was on his face and his cheeks were bright red as he stared at her. Toby nervously rubbed the back of his neck, glancing at the ground. "N-no, it's f-fine," he stammered.

Layla heard the bell ring, so she quickly gathered all her items and headed to the lockers. There, she unlocked her locker and shoved her books and binders into the small space. Layla was eager and anxious to go skiing considering it was much better than school.
