Honestly, I don't think they can make him match Alex Pettyfer. I mean, have you seen Pettyfer? He is ripped!! I hope Jamie has the whole muscle thing going because there are multiple scenes in the book where Jace is shirtless, and I will kill someone if they cut those out. (.... Jace is my favorite character. Don't judge me.) As for the hair and eyes, I think they'll do contacts, and probably not cut his hair because it is supposed to be long. Still, you can never be sure with movies these days.

He's my favorite character too, no worries. And no, they can't make Jamie match Alex by a long shot. Alex=amazing Jace; Jamie=unamazing Jace. Too bad Alex wanted too much money (I believe that was what they said as to why they cut him)...*tear*

Yes! I made my librarian promise me that I would be the first to get it. I'm a little worried though that the inappropriateness might get out of hand...

Naw, I don't think so. I think Ms. Clare is a little more refined then that. If it does, I'm sure she'll have a scene switch so it only implies innappropriateness like in City of Glass with Simon and Izzy.

What about City of Fallen Angels with Jace and Clary? Or Clockwork Prince with... but you haven't read it yet, and I don't want to spoil. I'm just worried that she won't use our "fades to black" technique.

I've read Clockwork Prince, but I know what you mean. We don't want to spoil it for those who haven't read it. But nothing really happened between Jace and Clary, not that I remember. I don't know, I think I need to reread CoFA.

Of course. ^^ And, as seen so far, there apparently will be. Cassandra Clare posted a few teasers on Facebook and Twitter about it. I can't wait. I've read all the Mortal Instruments, but I find the Infernal Devices to be a bit harder to swallow. You know what I mean?
