Is it over? (Vampire/Human/Romance)

"I'm sure," Daisy replied, sighing. "How long will the process last?" she asked,trying to stop herself from shaking.

"A couple hours maybe. The part that'll hurt the worst is when your canines grow larger," Adrian said with a small shrug. "Well, that's all that I thought was painful." He stepped towards her and tilted her head slightly. "I'll make the bite as painless a possible."

Daisy sighed and relaxed. "Alright," she mumbled closing her eyes. "Did you pass out?" she asked, bitting her lip.

Adrian thought about it and soon nodded. "Yes, I did. Then again, I was only seven and I probably fainted more out of fright than loss of blood. Are you still sure you want to go through with it?" He leaned in a little closer, ready to bite if she said yes.

Daisy sighed. "I'm sure," she said, trying to relax.

"Alrighty then," Adrian mumbled and soon sank his fangs into her neck as painlessly as possible. He held her somewhat close to him so that he could catch her if she did faint during this.

Daisy tensed slightly, but soon relaxed, breathing heavily. Her eyes closed, shaking slightly.

Adrian pulled away shortly after. "Think you can stand?" he asked quietly while trying to keep her steady.

"Maybe," Daisy sighed and tried to stand. Using something to help her stay more or less upright, she leaned against the tree and sighed.

Adrian nodded slightly and seemed to hover around her and the tree for a bit. "Well, if you need help, I'll be sure to come," he said with a faint smile. "Oh, and it'd be best to feed once your fangs are done growing in."
