Arluin slightly smiled at that, knocking one hyena out of the way with his tusks and ripping into another with his teeth. The spark of battle had returned to his eyes.

She bolted over to Arluin, clawing nearby Hyenas. "Want to try some partner fighting?" She asked between the chaos.

Skull was thinking hard as he chased the hyena king to somewhere, he had nothing in mind except for Eyna.. Who he loved && lost to Axel, she deserves to be happy he thought as he lost the king in the trees.. he ran back to base looking for Eyna but she wasn't in site, he roared for her, but no response.. where are you.. he thought to himself. In the snow, again, he made a heart made of fire with his paws.

Rose looked surprised.. "What th-" is all she can say

Enya saw the heart, and realized the sound she'd heard was Skull calling her. She ran desperately in his direction, feeling a flood of emotions; happiness, relief, worry, all of them. She smiled as he came into view. "SKULL!" she shouted, and ran up to him, rubbing her cheek against his. "You're alive!" tears of joy were starting to form.

Skull had a wide smile on his face as Eyna came into his view, knowing he was finally in love with such a beautiful leopard such as Eyna. "And I'm glad to be.." he licked her cheek as heard a snarl from behind him.

Enya hadn't heard the snarl, so she closed her eyes contently. Hah, the only leopards that could pull off having a loving moment in the complete utter chaos of a battle scene would be fires....

Arluin nodded, and started attacking the Hyena she was, helping her to take him down.

Skull rubbed his chin on her head, "I.." he trailed off, forgetting she still had a mate. "Never mind." He signed getting up looking back at her, which sort of ruined the love moment. He laid down in front of her, wishing she wasn't mates with Axel, so he just stood quiet about it. "So.. uhm. How's Axel treating you.." he asked caring, even though, it hurt for him to ask her that question. The necklace shined, and appeared around his neck, again. "Stupid necklace.." he huffed.

Her smile slowly vanished. "Oh... fine, I guess. He's....nice." she said simply.

Xenon

She kept fighting with Arluin, working together they were much more successful. They were taking down twice as many Hyenas as they would single pawed. The Hyena numbers where declining, hopefully this battle would be over soon.
