Carter looked at him and smiled. It's not that she didn't want to sit here and kiss him all day. It was that she didn't want to go to fast and sometimes kissing lead to things she wasn't ready for. She could see he was a little hurt, "Are you okay?" She asked him softly. She really did want to hurt him or upset him. She really did love him and wouldn't never want to hurt him.

Jansen - I avert my eyes away from her. "I'm fine..." I mumble, pulling away from her. I toss my hair away from my eyes and thing about my assignment and the rebels. Whatever, I can deal with that later, i tell myself. I sigh deeply, all of the rush from earlier dead and gone, I now feel cold, and heartless, like my heart has been ripped from my body.

Anthony - I kiss Ash softly on her beuatiful lips. When our lips meet, I feel a jolt of electricity run through my body. I kiss her and then move back to see her reaction.

Carter felt terrible when he pulled away from her. She felt like it was all her fault. He wasn't even looking at her now. She had a frown on her face. She just went and sat on his bed. Waiting for him to say something, anything. So when he didn't, she did. "I'm sorry." She said softly and sincerely. She looked down at her hands in her lap.

Jansen - I sigh and continue to think. "Are you one of them," I finally ask her, wanting to say something.

Carter looked up at him confused when he asked a question. She didn't really understand, "What do you mean?" Was she one of them? What did he mean? She asked her self. It make since in her mind. He has never mentioned the rebels around her before, so of course she didn't know what he meant.

Jansen - "Are you a rebel? I have heard so much about them... I want to be one of them..." I tell her. I look into her eyes searching for an answer. She looks so confused at first. Is she one of them? Is she acting? Who is Carter really?

Carter listened to him, "N-no I am not one of them." She stuttered softly. He didn't even accept her apology before he asked her this question. She felt bad if she hurt him. She just continued to listen. "I know where it is, but I am not one of them. I have hate against the Powers, but I am not a rebel. If you really want to be one, I could show you. Though hatred and war isn't the way to win." She said softly looking at him with her soft innocent sapphire eyes.

Jansen - "I agree. Hatred only makes people act stupidly." I agree with her, ignoring her apology still. Love makes people act stupidly too. Then, lowering my voice to a softer and gentler tone, I continue on, "Could you show me?" I ask excitedly. I smile at her.

Carter nodded. She was confused on something though. She got up and held his hand intertwined their fingers. She hated the feeling when he gets mad at her. She tried to ignored it. She lead him out the door. Soon enough they were out of the dorms. She looked at him, "So if you think hatred makes people stupid, why do you want to join them?" She asked him curiously as she held his hand. She was still walking towards the Rebel Faction.

Jansen - "Sometimes, stupidity is the only way to win something you need, that everyone needs," I tell her, quoting my mother. "My mother told me that you know, before she..." I break off, my voice cracking. I feel tears beging to cloud my eyes and threaten to spill over at any moment. I draw a large shaky breath, trying to calm my emotions. I squeeze Carter's hand to let her know i kind of forgave her and try to forget what happened to my mom...
