When Cecily heard the ok, she placed the tray higher up a bit on one arm so she could open the door with her other hand. She regained control with both hands and placed the tray of food on a small end table near where master and Miss Shadow had been talking. Cecily took off the lid and set up the silverware quickly. After she had done her duty she bowed her head respectfully to both master and Miss Shadow, but after the bow she looked back up and gave a smile full of childish delight to Miss Shadow. She had promised to play again with Cecily in the future, and Cecily would hold promises to anyone. Cecily had her hands folded respectfully in front of her and turned back to her duty. "Will that be all, master?" She asked, waiting to be dismissed so she could finish her chores.

I stop by a vegetable and fruit stand and pick out a mix of fruits and vegetables and pay the man and head to the port where they just brought in a fresh catch"Alice my dear welcome what can I get you to day? " the fishermen says to me and I smiled"Hello Robert, and I'd like your freshes salmon"I say and he picks me up one and wraps ot for me, I pay him"Hope he enjoys it for supper"he says and I smile and wave"I sure he will"I say and walk off and back down the street. To make sure I didn't need anything else.I only talked with certain stall owners to get better deals than most people.I keep walking looking at the stalls I passed a dress shop and saw the most beautiful blue dress, I sighed knowing I would never be able to get such a dress I just looked at it a bit longer.

Leon walked away from the bookshelf and Shadow to Cecily. "Yes, it will be all for me." He told her, taking her hand, and leading her out. "But before you go about doing your regular chores, please get two guest rooms ready for Miss Shadow and her companion. They will be staying with us for a few days. Perhaps two on the second floor? make sure they are next to each other. Maybe... That nice spring blue room and the white room with lavender accents. Those should be comfortable enough. Now, off you go." He said, gesturing with his hand for her to hurry along.

Asher stopped when his gaze fell on the same girl as before who was behind him in line for bread(Alice). He walked up, all of his bread still in hand. "Hey, you're that one girl, aren'tcha? The one who was behind me in line. Yeah, you are, I never forget a face. What's a young girl like you doing out and about all 'lone?" He questioned, an expectant expression on his face, like he was completely expecting a full explanation as to what she was doing and why she was doing it. Even courageous scoundrels needed scapegoats. "Yer parents sending ya out to do the shoppin'?"

I eat a loaf of bread in the field of grass and than smile as I stand and head back towards the shops. I push my way though until I get to an empty area where I stop to catch my breath for a moment. Smiling again I pull another loaf of bread from my pack and tear it in two. I start eating one of th halves as I walk on.

Cecily nodded to the instructions as she was led to the door. "I understand. I will see too it right away master." Before leaving, Cecily bowed respectfully to the two, and flashed one last smile to Miss Shadow before she walked out and closed the door behind her. Cecily would finish washing the kitchen floor later. She ran upstairs to get the rooms prepared. Luckily, since it had been a while since their last guest, most of the rooms were straight. They just needed some fresh sheets and some dusting. Cecily decided that after she finished with the floor she would go out and pick some flowers for the company's rooms. Cecily got to work right away. She headed down to the laundry and grabbed the fresher sheets that had been recently washed. She folded them neatly into the basket before she ran backup the stairs to make the beds. For the blue room, Cecily had chosen a nice clean white. Smooth and creamy, it was a nice contrast to the room. Then for the white room, Cecily chose a light pink sheet set that Cecily had always found quite "cute". It wasn't long before Cecily finished with the rooms. Then Cecily went back downstairs to finish mopping the kitchen floors. The chore didn't take longer than fifteen minutes. With a childish look on her face, Cecily went out to pick some flowers for the guests' rooms.

Jacob checked the time. By skipping lunch he still had a lot of time to kill before this patrol was over. Turning the corner, Jacob too his post near some produce stands. Then he looked around for suspicious activities. Really though, Jacob was not paying any attention to that of his surroundings. His mind was dulled out by the sound of his own thoughts. They constantly plagued him. His own mind was his tormentor, but by his outside appearance no one would ever know. Looking around, Jacob noticed that girl he thought he had recognized from earlier. She was standing with a boy Jacob did not recognize. Jacob panned back over the rest of the setting. No other cop was around his street. He guessed it was just so peaceful looking around here.

"That's a good girl." Leon said, then returned to where Shadow was. "Your rooms are being prepared. I hope they will be to your liking." He said, then looked over at the food. Breakfast... He hadn't eaten and he was a bit hungry. "Hm, they don't often personally deliver my breakfast in the library. Usually it's in the dining room or my bedroom." He looked back over at Shadow. "Have you eaten?" He questioned. "If not, I can share. I never eat everything they give me anyway." He said with a light smile.

Shadow looked at the food and licked her lips. A hungerpaim flashed in her stomach and she bent down to cluch it " thou the food looks very good I must refuse you see before I left home I got into quite some trouble and my punishment was not to eat but you see that was 6 months ago." she grunted out another pain went though her. "oh my.." she cried out.

"Well, I'm sure you had to eat something in that time period, as it would be impossible for you to be alive if you didn't eat for six months. You should eat, before you become sickly." Leon said, mentally criticizing the punishment. "My father has researched many health problems, not eating for more than two weeks can be problematic to a body, and past three weeks, the body will shut down and die." He said, walking to the tray. "So at least eat something, I insist."

She looked at him " only small amounts at a time" she walked over to the table "whatever you may not want.. I'll take it." she looked down holding her tummy "mmm oh.." she moaned and looked up "may I call you Leon?" she asked

Leon nodded, and took the bowl of porridge, a piece of toast and a sausage. "Then you can have the rest, this is all I eat normally at breakfast. Just don't eat too fast or you'll get sick, especially on an empty stomach." He said to her, then smiled. "Of course you may. I wouldn't want you calling me Duke all the time, it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable." He sat down on a chair at one of the tables in the library, placing his food on the table. "What family are you from? I think I've seen you before, but I'm not sure." He said, looking over her features from head to toe.
