Our school had a pep rally today. Let's get one thing straight: I don't DO pep rallies. I'm a pretty peppy person, most of the time, but not during pep rallies. Quite frankly, I find them a stupid waste of time. I don't know exactly what they're trying to accomplish. Pep? Please! We're a MIDDLE SCHOOL, for crying out loud! No one is PEPPY in middle school! Middle school is the time most adults say they want to forget. Not to mention the sports teams we've had so far have been pretty pitiful. Football? Like, maybe a couple wins. Boy's basketball? One. Against our girl's basketball team. Who I don't believe has won any. Anything to be peppy about? I don't think so.

We also had a pep rally today. Our school is the recent winner of state in football, and is good in basketball and some other sports, but our school spirit is LOW in school. It was sad. Very, very sad. We are a thousand times louder at the games then at school. Our game is Joker-themed, and they were talking about the Student Section. They kept addressing the Jr. High. We still will not attend to sit in the student section. It is NOT that special.

Conclusion, we suck at school spirit in school. But hey, it got us out of class early.
