Anita:
She sped after him, in more of a canter than a trot. Kaya looked back at her to see if she was ok, and arrived in town. She pulled the reins, not wanting Holiday to go super fast, especially since there were a few cars around. "Please, boy, behave, please," She asked him.

SongBird lies down in the stall and falls asleep. She starts to dream about her last race.
She was halfway to the finishline, a large bay stallion running beside her. She snorts and shoves past him, then disaster struck. The bay reached out with his legs and trips SongBird. The white mare falls forward, almost crushing her rider. The rest of the horses come thundering past, one steps on her left hind leg and a loud crack soon follows. The track is clear and now people start to flood onto the track, crowding around the struggling mare. They take pictures as the vets load her up into a truck. SongBird glances around, panicing from being in a truck she starts to thrash around, injuring her leg even more. A vet moves closer to her with a needle, she feels a sharp pain in her neck and falls asleep. The next day a newspaper is brought into the clinic the front page reads: SongBird's Last Song! The picture below it was of her on the ground with a crooked hind leg.
(Just a little bit of her past)
