You should really start sending out the prizes... this contest has been going on long enough (I don't want to sound rude, but you have to do it before someone gets angry and contacts a mod...). Procastinating won't make things better.

Again I'm going to agree with Cats, and Royal Mirage also.
You offered it as a prize, your giving it away as a prize for hard work unless the winner is glad to have another prize. End. Of. Story. No more complaints, it's no use really.
Also if I may recall, in the beginning you also said your not really using your account anymore.
So what's with the little note there if now you don't want to give up the BA?
And if you don't hand out the prizes or begin so, someone is sure to report you.
I've seen/heard such happen before.
