Going by the rare list, yes... However most people have a high price for the raven dog so the more reasonable answer would be possibly a grinner for either. (you have a better chance to get the eat me then the raven however.)

I would never pay a grinner for a raven dog. They're worth close to three mid-advents, and the raven is somewhere in the low- to mid advent range. Yes, people are reluctant to part with their raven dogs, but the grinner is massive overpay and I personally would never consider for the raven alone. =/

A grinner is worth 2 mid advents. Eat me = high advent, raven = low advent, so yes, it's fair.

How much are the 08 rare card dogs spade, heart, diamond, and club worth? I didn't see them on the list.

About 5-7 early- to mid-09 rares or you could trade around two card dogs for a low- -advent, I believe. Hope this helps. ^^

1 card dog is worth 2-3 early 09 rares at most. 2 card dogs would be swapable for a low advent.

Yes, it's on the advent rares list. It's worth the same as pets on the same line with it.
