I hate that. My school's server does that too, even after school.
The server at my high school had blocked CS, Howrse, Wajas, and several other sites because they weren't school related. The thing I don't get was, after they had blocked some of them for about a year, they then unblocked them again. My school was weird....
Yes, I am quitting. No, you cannot have any of my pets. They are all being sent to the Pound.

Ironic, eh?
I whined a bit and was disappointed when I didn't get the newbie helper job, but I'm over it and I didn't freak out over it and make a huge deal.

Yeah I mean, do you really need a fancy title and stuff to help people? It shouldn't matter if you didn't get the spot, if you really do care about our newer members you would keep helping them no matter what. ^_^ Besides, maybe in the future, if you keep being a good person, karama will go your way and you will get picked for something else instead.

I know and trust most of the newbie helpers, because I've actually seen them in action (If I could say that) though alot of people who applied started stalking the introductions thread straight after their application.. :S But anyway, they're all great members, especially Atwood, Toady, BlackVulpix and Huskylover :3 only one of the helpers I've never heard of...
Yeah stalking the intro thread straight after applying isnt a good thing, but it does help with your application, and if you intentions are honest and true, then it shouldn't be a problem . . . Who have you never heard of?
P.S. i started saying hi in the intro forum before i applied

I think that is the dumbest thing someone could do, honestly.

If jobs were ever open again, their chances of getting the job would be spoiled. I mean, people shouldn't be upset about being denied to volunteer, pretty much; as far as I know, Newbie Helpers don't get paid.
What annoys me is that I can never remember my password and have to look in my password notebook. It's different from all of my other passwords, because I thought I'd been hacked at one point; So I pretty much play guess-and-check at the library if I want to come on here.
