shasta shrugged "true" she yawned getting tired after breakfast

naranaha sighed "looks like they are alredy getting tired

fanta curled up next to a tree and folded his wings in

Solace glanced back and rolled his eyes. "Looks like it." He chuckled softly.

Sake sighed and trotted to a tree next to Fanta's, laying down with her head on her paws.

naranaha sighed "well i might as well tell you..."

fanta fell into a deep sleep
shasta curled up next to fanta and yawned falling asleep

naranaha sighed "im not their really mother..." she sad looking away.. ashamed of what solace would think

Solace nodded slowly. "I can see that. But why?"

"well their mom was my best friend... her mate risked his life for her but they both ended up dying..." she sighed "i... i promised starr i would take care of them..." she looked over at them sleeping "the two leg-eds killed starr and titan........ fanta and shasta where to young to remember and they think i'm their mom..." a tear dripped from her muzzle "i lost my cub to the two leg-eds so i was able to take them in"

Solace listened quietly and looked at Naranaha sadly, his ears flicking once. "I'm so sorry... It's very good of you to care for them. I don't know if I'd have the courage for it..."

she let a small smile out "well they are a hand full and every day i think of starr because of them... although i don't think i could ever forget her" another tear fell from her muzzle... "she was like my sister"

Solace sighed softly, laying his head on his paws. "That must be hard." He looked at the ground and closed his eyes, his tail flicking once. "But they're like your own cubs, right?"
