Trick Training Challenge! Week TWO and BONUS POSTED

Ah, yay. Great thread. I recently got a puppy just after christmas, he is around 8 weeks old. Im planning on training him in agility but I would LOVE to teach him some tricks to.

I do agilty,rally and obedience with my aussie,nava. we just love it. she also knows tricks. and all the basics. pretty much everything in kyra sundances book.

Saddly my mum does't want me training her dog but my other dog doesn't know the advanced trick so I can teach him that :D

My puppy knows: Sit, Shake, Down, Jump (from Down), Chase your tail. And I've spent, what, 30 minutes total teaching her tricks? She has a very fast mind. : -)
I'm currently teaching her: Weave (between my legs), Achoo! (goes and gets me a tissue), and high-five (thanks to you!)
She hates anything that involves lying on her side or rolling over, so I'm afraid "Bang! You're Dead!" isn't a possibility. Darn it. EDIT: Wait! It's a "Sit Pretty" trick? lol I'll think about it. XD

If you have a dog who doesn't like rolling on their back you can simply train the "stick 'em up" part of the advanced trick.

It's going to be raining all week here so I don't think I'll be able to teach the "Bang. Your dead" trick.

I had taught Pete "High five" when he was about 6 months old and he loved it, but then I just kinda forgot about the trick and now he's almost 2 years.. I guess nows the best time to "renew" his memory on the trick!
