Trade Rant Thread [NEW]

I cannot stand people who scam newbies just because the newbies don't know any better. I just traded for a Vixen advent that was scammed off my friend, to get it back for her since she didn't know any better.
I've seen users with quite impressive groups of pets, but when I looked at the people who traded them to the users... they're almost all newbies. I'm not saying newbies are dumb, I'm not saying that at all, nor am I saying that newbies cannot know their rarities, it's just that many are too unfamiliar to the site to know, and it's horrible to take advantage of them like that. What a great way to be welcomed to this site, eh? -_-

Well some people do trade fairly to the newbies. Its not as if all people are trying to scam them.

Rant: person I understand if you have a slow computer, but sending the same trade 30 times is not ok .-.

My rules say fair trades only, mostly want wish list pets, pets with hearts in the name are hard to get. And there was no message. Thats my first rule: no message no trade.

Just a preference. Like, you usually talk to the person at the register, even briefly, before you buy something at the store, even if it's just a 'hi have a nice day', you know? I feel like its courteous. And I kinda like to know what they want if it's a suggestion. No message makes me feel kinda ignored and frankly if they don't wanna send me a message they don't have to trade with me... It's just irritating. /end rant/
