I know exactly what you mean -.o There was a person on FaceBook who made a role play account for Seto Kaiba (the guy all over my sig and avvie) without knowing anything about him. Me and another girl were trying to explain what they were doing wrong and they needed to do more research on his background and whatnot, but they got really angry. I think they ended up deleting both their Kaiba account and their real one.

Delayed response, but I'm glad someone else has had experience with this. ;p I'm just tired of seeing the "OH, WE'RE GONNA DRAG AWAY AND MARRY THE HOT ELF fROm SUch and SUch!!1!1!", while making it glaringly obvious that they know little else about the fandom besides the character's name (if even that x_x).

It's just irritating. Maybe I'm just fed up with people who call themselves 'fans' of something just because they think a character is 'hot.'

Knowing my luck, all the hot characters are psychotic, villains, or both.

Oh, that's perfectly fine.^_^ I've done that with series before. xD I know little to nothing about Gundam Wing except that Hero is wonderful eye candy. :3 But I'm not about to start/join a Gundam Wing fan club or jump in an RP as one of the canon characters when I know nothing about it.

I don't know why I never learn.

I tell myself that I don't do auctions. They are more trouble than they're worth. Yet, I found that the only pets I need now are often found in the auctions section. People just don't want to trade them, they want to auction them. Why? It's not like I don't have good pets to trade (No one wants a July PPS?! or a coon tail?)

I bid up what I would be willing to trade for said pet, whatever it may be (I' usually high bidder in said case and paying well over what the pet is worth) only to find out 5 days later that I'm quite honestly sick of waiting for a trade.

I could be actively seeking this pet instead of waiting another friggin week to see if I MAY win said pet. I don't like waiting. I like active trading where it's a yes or a no so I can move on to try and find it. I don't want it to take months to find the pet I'm looking for and yes it will if it takes a two week auction to win a pet.
