I'm so excited :D i am gatting 2 more rats tomoz, the owners are moving and can't keep them. I've never introduced male rats before or into the same cage any tipps please.

I intent to let them meet on neutural territory. My rats are about 11 weeks and are going through their teen hormonal stages at the mo. Thet have just established ranking. I havn't met the two other males but they are about 1 years old.

Awww... :( i hate it when I'm at college because they breed feeder rats their :( saddly I had to watch a mice being killed for the snakes the other day, it was horrifying and I had to force myself not tp cry but at least they won't be being bred constantly for the rest of their lives.

That is true. I almost begged my mom to let me get her, but my dad is the real one that has to pass it. He thinks two is enough already. Usually I wouldn't be so stuck on her, but she looked injured or something. Her tail was curled up over her back almost like a pug. I know that's how they balance so I'm not sure what happened to her. She was running around and seemed to be alright. I just can't stand the thought that she could be bought and fed to a snake. Not when she was so peppy and charming.
