Yeah, the best of decks tend to cost quite a bit. I was lucky enough that the league's sponsor liked me enough to give me a massive discount on my Claydolls back when they were like 40 dollars each. X.x To be honest, though, I haven't played in so long, I don't remember much about the game, especially with the way they changed the game again. ^^'

The trading card game? Ah... I never really understood how to play. I know a little bit, but probably not enough to play properly.

It's one of the simplest card games, really. I had to learn a few of them when my younger brother got into the 'card fever'. He was way too young to understand when people were trying to scam him, so I decided to try and understand the games and help him out some. It made for fun family time, anyways. X3 Pokemon was rather fun, at least funner than some of the others I tried... of course, I just liked Leafeon, so I may have been biased. XD

I haven't played since my deck got stolen. My two normal Zekroms and two full-art Zekroms were in that deck >.< So were a few shiny's and seven cards we bought for thirty-eight dollars on eBay.. I want to start again with the new set coming out, though.

Is it sad that I've only recently began coming back into pokemon?
I don't exactly enjoy all that pokemon has become but enjoy the concept that Black and White gave. Basically a new world separate from the others is what I've heard. I was there for first gen... loved second gen... fell out at third gen since I felt it was getting a little overdone. (Besides I was loving my videogames too much and didn't have a DS)
And only recently have I heard about Nuzlocke Challenges... Makes me want to find my old games and play again. (That and nostalgia factor). I was wondering how many generations of pokemon have come out since I went away. I know only up to I think emerald and after that point I fell out entirely and have only heard about the 'legendaries'. Loathe Arceus to be brutally honest... nothing against those that like him/her but I don't like such an extreme god-mod available to kids to abuse "Arceus created the Pokemon world." Not that I know anything about the newest gen.

:/ Pokemon black and white isn't a new world it's more like a seperate continent because somewhere in the game someone mentions flying back and forth between Unova and the other regions isn't easy. If your looking for a pokemon game thats separate from the others but still has all the same battle rules/style then you should check out pokemon colleseum and pokemon XD gale of darkness for the gamecube. The plot and goals are very different from the handheld games and I really enjoyed playing it myself.

After emerald it's the sinnoh games for the nintendo ds; pearl, diamond, and platinum; Pearl's mascot is palkia, diamond's is dialga, and platinum's is giratina. If you get one of the games get platinum as it's a combination of pearl and diamond and you get a chance too catch all three of the mascot's instead of just one.

Remake of the Kanto games yellow/red/blue for the gameboy advance; There was a remake called Leaf Green and Fire Red. It's almost exactly the same as the originals but you get too choose too be female or male and and there was some new islands added that you can travel too.

Remake of the johto games gold/silver/crystal for the nintendo ds; There was remakes made called Soul Silver and Heart Gold; It's almost exactly the same as the originals but the story line was somewhat altered and there is a bunch of new features added too make it more interesting. The main new feature is that the first pokemon in your party is let out of it's pokeball and follows you around on your adventure.

Orre Region games colleseum/XD gale of darkness for the gamecube: It's separate from the other regions because it's somewhat of a spinoff game but other then the battles being double instead of single all the battle rules are the same. The only drawback is you can't really capture too many variety of pokemon in the wild; Instead you capture and rescue pokemon that was stolen by a bad group who locked their hearts and force them too do crime. Your job in the game is too take back Steal all the pokemon who's heart is locked, befriend them, and purify their hearts.

Unova Region games black and white for the nintendo ds; You already heard about this but I'll mention it anyways. Black and White gives off a more urban realistic feel then the other games adding bridges, cities, cars, trains, changing seasons, weather changes, and ect. They also added new features/upgrades to the game such as being able too view your pokemon's full sprite in battle, some video/cellphone thing (forgot it's name....) that allows you too see the person your talking too, the dream world where you can get items/pokemon with special abilities/and so on. The storyline is better then most of the other games but it's also more fast paced then the other games and once it's over there isn't as much too do because there isn't pokemon contests and the region is smaller then the others so there isn't much too explore.
