How old are you? (this question is optional): 11 (will be 12 in March), but I'm mature for my age and I hope this won't affect my prospects all too much. :3
You've been a member for how long: A year. I joined in January 29, 2009.
How much time do you spend on CS in the average day/week?: An hour or more every weekday, 3 hours or more on weekends.
Do you feel you know CS well enough to answer all the common questions?: Definitely. I've been active on the site and the forum long enough to know the rules and the site very well.
Do you have the patience to deal with stupid questions being asked over and over?: Yes, when they are from newbies. I understand that a newbie doesn't know things, so I'm patient with them. I won't lie though, there's a point where I'll snap (say, the same member has asked the same question a bajillion times) but I doubt I will.
Why do you want to be a newbie-helper?: Simply because I believe that making this a friendlier place for newbies would be great. I love to help people, though I haven't done it all too much around here because I'm worried people will accuse me of acting like a minimod or something. I have enough time to do it actively. And to help CS in any way would be great. C: Also, having less people around here annoyed with ignorant newbies would be a plus for everyone. It's not the newbies' faults they don't know things.
Also, because I remember struggling with a lot of things when I was a newbie; BBC codes, what was a fair trade, etc. It would be great for me to help newbies out, because I know the frustration of learning the ropes of a website.
Have you ever had moderating experience on any forums if so please post a link: Yes. http://purpledandelions.proboards.com/ a mini-site for the fursona guide. I'm a forum moderator there, my name is DangerDeer. I've also moderated a few now-dead-and-gone websites in the past.
Do you have any suggestions for the team name (instead of 'Newbie-Helper') xD ? Erm..... Helpers? Mentors (eh, that fails)? Guides/Guiders? X3

How old are you? (this question is optional): 19
You've been a member for how long: About four months now.
How much time do you spend on CS in the average day/week?: All day, every day, more or less. It's always open in my browser.
Do you feel you know CS well enough to answer all the common questions?: Yes.
Do you have the patience to deal with stupid questions being asked over and over?: Yes. If they honestly don't know the answer, it's not a stupid question.
Why do you want to be a newbie-helper?: It was a bit confusing when I first started playing CS and I'd like to help other new players not be so confused. Also, it would have been nice to know there were regular people out there that could answer my questions without making me seem like a total idiot for not knowing, since asking a mod or admin was (and still is) a scary prospect for new players and I'd like to be able to provide that service for current/future new players.
Have you ever had moderating experience on any forums if so please post a link: Not on online forums, no, but i have real-life experience in being a helper and guide for younger or less knowledgeable people.
Do you have any suggestions for the team name (instead of 'Newbie-Helper') xD ?: Hmm...Welcoming Committee is about the only thing that comes to mind and that sounds a bit official and formal...
I'm gone. Thanks for the fun, CS!

How old are you?:
12 but I'm not kiddish, I'm mature. ^^

You've been a member for how long:
About 10 months

How much time do you spend on CS in the average day/week?:
About 2-3 hours each week day and 4+ on each weekend day (depends on the day)

Do you feel you know CS well enough to answer all the common questions?:
Yes, I know almost everything there is to know about cs XD

Do you have the patience to deal with stupid questions being asked over and over?:
Yes, I do have a lot of patience to deal with stupid questions, and being asked repeatedly.

Why do you want to be a newbie-helper?:
I want to be a newbie helper because most newbies are ignored by some and get rude responses. I want to change this and I love to help new people on sites and in real life. I would do everything I could to make each newbie feel comfortable and not scared. I very much would like to help to make cs fun for all and not just the older members.

Have you ever had moderating experience on any forums if so please post a link:
No, but I have on treads if that counts.

Do you have any suggestions for the team name (instead of 'Newbie-Helper') xD ?:

How old are you?: I'm 12 years old.
You've been a member for how long: Not exactly 6 months but since Semptember '09.
How much time do you spend on CS in the average day/week?: I'm usally on almost every day for at least 1-3 hours a day. But more or less on weekends than weekdays.
Do you feel you know CS well enough to answer all the common questions?: Yes I feel I know most things about CS.
Do you have the patience to deal with stupid questions being asked over and over?: Yeah I'm a really pretty patient person.
Why do you want to be a newbie-helper?: I think it would be a really cool way to help with the site and to contribute to it. And I also like helping people. And when I was a newbie it was pretty confusing for me and so I'd like new newbies to have all of their questions answered instead of just getting ignored.
Have you ever had moderating experience on any forums if so please post a link: I don't think so.
Do you have any suggestions for the team name (instead of 'Newbie-Helper') xD ?: Nope, sorry.

How old are you? (this question is optional): 17 will be 18 this year
You've been a member for how long: since Mon Aug 24, 2009 11:47 am
How much time do you spend on CS in the average day/week?: almost all day saturday and sunday and from about 3 PM to around 10 PM (my time) this also depends i have soccer on Tuesdays, i am backstage in drama club for our play but that is only two to three hours every few days or so. Do you feel you know CS well enough to answer all the common questions?: yeah
Do you have the patience to deal with stupid questions being asked over and over?: yes as long as it is not the same person over and over again (i can understand once or maybe twice but after a while it does get on my nerves.
Why do you want to be a newbie-helper?: Because i remember when i was new and it was difficult to figure things out on my own. Though i finally figured it out it took a while so i would like to help others so they can enjoy CS more.

This is great idea! Here's my application. :)

How old are you? : 15, I will turn 16 later this year.
You've been a member for how long: 1 year and 3 months
How much time do you spend on CS in the average day/week?: At least 5 hours a day; usually more during weekends and the summer.
Do you feel you know CS well enough to answer all the common questions?: Absolutely.
Do you have the patience to deal with stupid questions being asked over and over?: Yes, I have a young brother so I have a lot of experience with answering 'stupid questions'. Although I don't think of any question as being 'stupid'.
Why do you want to be a newbie-helper?: Because I feel like Newbies need at least one person they can call on for help when they first join. I know first hand what it feels like to be new on this site and to not know much about it. When I was a newbie I would have LOVED to have someone that could help me with things I was confused about. I also love the idea of being a person here on CS that a newbie can feel comfortable talking to, instead of them being afraid to ask a question because they don't want to look stupid. I think being a Newbie-Helper is a great way for me to help out and make the CS community a happier place.
Have you ever had moderating experience on any forums if so please post a link: No. ;^^
Do you have any suggestions for the team name (instead of 'Newbie-Helper') xD ?: Hmmmm, how about "The CS Help Team".
